Description
The Problem Manager must monitor, control, and coordinate day-to-day activities to ensure smooth execution of the Problem
Management process. Problem Records must be reviewed for timely closures and backlogs. In case of escalations that may
arise due to SLA response / resolution breach, poor handling of the problem, service not restored as per agreed timeline
etc., the Problem Manager must handle the same. |
